How to Generate & Upload Diagnostics
If customer support requests a diagnostic bundle, follow these steps inside the FileManagerX application:
- Open FileManagerX on your Mac.
- Click FileManagerX > Help > Generate Diagnostics Summary.
- Review the sanitized summary report.
- Click Upload Diagnostic Bundle to submit it securely to our backend.
